Local company, IHSE has provided sponsorship to the VfB Friedrichshafen volleyball team for the past year. VfB Friedrichshafen is a successful team, having won the Champions League in 2007 and been German champions thirteen times. The partnership reflects the philosophy and values of both organizations: a youthful modern approach leading to outstanding success.
In addition to supporting the team, IHSE promotes the youth work of the association and provides equipment used in video displays around the court. An IHSE Draco tera KVM switch is used to select and transmit video streams from live cameras and graphic computers to screens and projectors.
A new LED touchline display was used at the first game of the season on 15 October with graphic design by IHSE. This was a good omen: with VfB winning the opening match against Haching 3-0; adding to a victory in the Super Cup victory the previous week against the Berlin Recycling Volleys.
