media4Kconnect

With the media4Kconnect series, DisplayPort 1.2 image signals with resolutions up to 4K 60Hz can be transmitted losslessly. Ultrawide monitors with 5K x 1.4K/2K are equally supported. In addition, other peripherals can be connected via USB, RS232 and audio. The media4Kconnect can be used in simple point-to-point operations as well as in a network with several devices via Layer 3 IP 10G network switch as a KVM matrix system.

For matrix switching the Switching Manager is required. The Switching Manager allows easy configuration from a central location and takes care of authentification, connection management as well as administration/monitoring of the system architecture. Using both 10G interfaces, it is optionally possible to transmit the UHD image signal completely uncompressed. If uncompressed transmission is not required, both link interfaces operate as true redundancy with almost seamless redundancy switching.
