IHSE is setting up a completely new system based on an updated and integrated hardware platform. It’s specially developed to meet growing technical requirements and new standards. The key technology is JPEG XS as the new standard video codec Which enables visually lossless signal transmission with reduced bandwidth utilization and latency. The new generation of extenders thus achieves a new level of user experience.
The Draco XStreme series is IHSE’s first extender for:
- Dual Head 4K60 applications: Transmission of two high-resolution 4K60 signals via one single cable.
- Single Head 4K60 applications with 1 Gbit link speed: This innovation offers an unbeatable combination of performance and efficiency.
- A new level of resource conservation: State-of-the-art hardware and an advanced video codec set new standards in terms of energy efficiency and reduction of infrastructure costs.
