Die Draco tera flex KVM- Matrixwitch-Serie mit ihrer kompakten Größe von 1, 2 oder 4HE und bis zu 160 Flex-Ports wurde entwickelt, um sowohl kleine bis mittelgroße als auch große Anwendungen zu unterstützen. Mit ihrer Kapazität, 1G- und 3G-Technologie innerhalb eines einzigen Chassis sowie Cat X- und Glasfaserschnittstellen zu ermöglichen, unterstützt sie moderne Anwendungen mit einem Mix aus 2K und 4K Videoauflösungen auf sehr wirtschaftliche Weise. Kundenspezifische Chassis ermöglichen sogar eine zukünftige Aufrüstbarkeit im Bereich der Skalierung eines Systems von 40-Port auf 80-Port oder sogar 160-Port komplett blockierungsfrei.
Grid-Konnektivität
Mit der 10G-Grid-Option der Draco tera flex-Serie lassen sich nun die verschiedenen Modelle mit geringem Infrastrukturaufwand zu einem dezentralen, aber homogenen Gesamtsystem (Matrix-Grid) verbinden.
Einfaches Setup
Durch einfaches Anschließen des Extenders an das Chassis erkennt die interne Steuerungssoftware den Port und konfiguriert ihn automatisch als CPU- oder Konsolengerät. Diese Flex- Port- Technologie bietet eine enorme Zeitersparnis für Systeminstallatoren, die normalerweise die Ports für spezifische I/OAnforderungen vorkonfigurieren müssen.
Das System unterstützt außerdem die Instant-Switching-Technologie. Mit einer unglaublichen Geschwindigkeit erfolgt das Umschalten zwischen den Quellen störungsfrei und verzögerungsfrei, wodurch die Belastung der Augen und das lästige Video-Tearing, das bei anderen Systemen auftritt, reduziert wird. Wo eine zentrale KVM-Umschaltung erforderlich ist, ist der Draco tera flex die perfekte KVM-Lösung. Er eignet sich besonders für Prozessleit- und Kontrollsysteme in Fabriken, Produktionsstudios, Übertragungswagen und vielfältigen anderen Steuerungs- und Kontrollumgebungen zur Workflow-
Optimierung und Ressourcen-Einsparung.
Kompatibilität
Der Draco tera flex ist mit allen Draco vario-Extendern kompatibel. Es muss lediglich auf die richtige Link-Geschwindigkeit und Schnittstelle der verwendeten Endpunkte und deren Codec-Version geachtet werden.
Außerdem ist der Draco tera flex ist bereits für die zukünftige Rückwärtskompatibilität von Draco vario ultra CON-Einheiten zu Draco vario-CPUs gerüstet.
