Our product management team coordinates and controls every step of the lifecycle of our KVM products — from development to positioning, pricing and technical documentation. The team ensures that all stakeholders and departments within IHSE work together seamlessly to provide our customers with the best possible product solutions to facilitate their workflows and implement application requests as quickly as possible.
Mark Hempel (2nd from left) heads the IHSE product management team. As a pioneer in the KVM industry, he played a key role in the launch of the first digital matrix switches and is now our leading authority of the IHSE product vision. Together with his team, he ensures that current and future customer application requests are transformed into market-driven KVM solutions.
Julia Holder (right) and Elena Potlog (2nd from right) are product managers responsible for coordination between the departments to ensure smooth product development and the shortest possible time-to-market cycles. With her technical background, Julia is the first point of contact for the R&D department, while Elena, thanks to prior sales experience at IHSE, adds a strong sales and customer perspective.
Doris Ainser (left) is our technical editor responsible for product documentation. She ensures that manuals, data sheets, quick guides and other documents are available for all products. To ensure that all documentation is totally accurate she subjects all system configurations and product descriptions to a functional test in her test laboratory.
