Next generation of KVM Extenders with integrated JPEG XS Codec
The Draco XStreme DisplayPort KVM extender is one of the first with integrated JPEG XS video codec. This sophisticated technology enables the transmission of fully-digital video signals in impressive quality – with resolutions of up to 4K@60 via 1 Gbit/s and 8K@30* via 3 Gbit/s.
The DisplayPort extender supports video embedded 8-channel digital audio and is equipped with a 3.5 mm jack for analog stereo audio and digital audio via TOS-Link.
An optional USB 2.0 extension can be added at the factory. This features a configurable Device Class Filtering (DCF) function which can be used to exclude certain device classes from transmission in order to comply with security requirements.
All modules are prepared for link redundancy. The redundancy feature can be obtained either directly or added at a later stage via Tera Tool and a license key.
The basic version permits operation of CPUs from a remote workstation with DisplayPort monitor(s), USB-HID (keyboard/mouse) and audio
