Carmen Traub joined IHSE in April 2017 and has become an integral member of our order processing team. She is the fully-trained contact person for foreign customers and manages orders from quotation to invoice. She is responsible for the creation of customs documents and ensures that critical delivery dates are met.
Carmen has several years of experience in handling incoming and outgoing goods, shipping and customs. With good language capability, she has extended her skills by living abroad, including periods in New Zealand and Mexico.
At IHSE, she particularly likes the international atmosphere of an expanding company with worldwide customers and the versatility in her area of responsibility: “We are in a great position as a team and I am gaining extensive insight into the various work processes here, which adds variety to my role,” says Carmen.
