Draco U-Switch

New Draco U-Switch version enables parallel switching of USB 2.0 data and USB-HID signals to multi-monitor workstations via keyboard, mouse movement or push buttons.

What it does

The Draco U-Switch is the ideal solution to enable several computers with multiple displays to be operated with a single keyboard and mouse.

This type of requirement is often found in workstations in surveillance, command & control rooms and banking environments where multiple displays connected to different CPUs must be managed simultaneously. Users can perform fast and accurate mouse actions across multiple screens without the need to manually change keyboard and mouse connections.

What’s new

The new device features two additional transparent USB 2.0 inputs. One or two flash drives or other USB 2.0 devices may be plugged into USB 2.0 ports on the U-Switch device. When switching to one of the consoles, both USB-HID and USB 2.0 devices can be accessed by the user on that respective console.

Why we developed it

Several customers have requested a 4 port USB-HID switch with USB 2.0 embedded switching to allow them to easily view and access USB 2.0 data on each screen, without re-plugging the flash memory into the respective console.  This device has been developed in response to those requests.
