Introducing: Harry Winkelmann

The IHSE Tech Support Team has expanded. Harry Winkelmann joined IHSE on July 1st 2014 as Support Manager.  His role within the company will be to conduct extensive device testing and to provide additional customer support.

Prior to joining IHSE, Harry worked as an IT engineer and technical project manager at DAM Group.  He has many years of experience in software development and project management. Harry has become an important member of our after-sales service team within a very short time; many customers already appreciate his reliable support and expert advice in resolving technical issues related to our KVM product range.

Harry said: “I greatly appreciate my skilled and friendly colleagues at IHSE. Dealing with high-end KVM devices is a new and exciting challenge for me.”
